MBC-E “Luxe” allows mounting diesel-generator plant of “SDMO” or “F.G.Wilson” for example companies and power equipment of other producers.

• MBC-E “Basic variant”

  The basic integration of MBC-E “Basic variant” reliable working capacity of diesel-generator plant or other power equipment at relatively low prices. MBC-E “Basic variant” allows mounting diesel-generator of home manufacture or from abroad or other power equipment.

• MBC-E “Railroad clearance”

  Metal Energy Block-Container MBC-E “Railroad clearance” is the main constitutive element of mobile diesel-generator plant of high power capacity or other large dimension power equipment. Their properly sized characteristics allow it falling within railroad clearance.

• MBC-E “Collapsible”

  Metal Energy Block-Container MBC-E “Collapsible” is the main constitutive element of mobile diesel-generator plant or other power equipment. The main difference of the container is its special design which allows transportation of knocked-down MBC and fast assembling at the site of exploitation. MBC-E “Collapsible” allows mounting diesel-generator plant of “SDMO” or “F.G.Wilson” for example companies and power equipment of other producers.

Metal Telecommunication Block-Container (MBC-T)

Is designed for placing of different mobile communications station, in particular “GSM” and other equipment of this kind.

• MBC “Telecommunication”

  Metal Telecommunication Block-Container is the main constitutive element of mobile communication stations. The main difference of the container is conformance to requirements of long-term exploitation of communication stations and telecommunication equipment, in particular mobile link stations of GSM standard.

  The design of modular container provides for high durability and resistance from breaking. All the elementary of the frame have adjusted strength properties meant for severe severity conditions of exploitation of container. The thickness of the walls and ceiling boarding is 2 mm; they are also winterized with URSA mineral wool and with “OZURIZOL”. Container’s cladding is done of enameled profile plate. The front door is single or double.

  As climate control systems “Rostwerk” Company applies microprocessor-based climate controller CCS-01 for all types of manufactured modular containers. The major task of the controller is to support comfort temperature condition what provides error-free performance of high-accuracy and expensive radiotelemetering apparatus, mounted into the container. CCS-01 controller automatically regulates the functioning of thermal shielding, heaters, ventilators and air-conditioners. The last controller modification (CCS-01) allows realizing of the remote monitoring of temperature conditions of the apparatus and also force apparatus and auxiliaries.

Dwelling Block-Container (BC-D)

Is designed for accommodation of the people and provides all necessary accomodation in different climatic conditions. Different variants of integration we offer allow to reach the optimal comfort level for every client. All the materials we apply are environmentally conscious and possess excellent consumer properties.

• BCM “Dwelling”

  Metal Dwelling Block-Container (MBC-D) is designed for accommodation of both people and personnel and has two modules: tambour and one workroom. An internal dimension of tambour (L-W-H) is not less than 850x2100x2300 mm and of workroom is not less than 3800x2100x2300 mm.

• WBC “Dwelling”

  Wooden Dwelling Block-Container is designed for accommodation of both people and personnel and has 3 modules: corridor and two workrooms. An internal dimension of corridor (L-W-H) is not less than 1100x2600x2400 mm and of each workroom is not less than 3475х2600х2400 mm.

Large-span Arch Buildings

Arch Building frame, which includes arches with purlins. Each of them is made of built-up sections, which consists of upper and lower bracing and ledges, flanges and bolts.
